Experienced Sewer

SEWING PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Understand and comply with all Company policies and procedures
2. Thoroughly understand and be able to comply with all Defense Department sewing specifications for the vest and other military sewing items;
3. Be able to operate on or more of the following types of sewing machines, doing "section work" on vest: single needle, double needle, overlock, bartack, and/or buttonhole
4. Recommend, as appropriate, changes that could improve the quality of the final garment
5. Help train other sewers as often as needed
6. Help assure overall cleanliness and safety of sewing area
7. Perform all other activities as requested by Management
8. Meet or exceed established daily production standards on assigned sewing operations
9. Be prepared to work overtime as needed
