At NYCIB, we focus on ability, not disability. We know that people who are blind or partially sighted can make a positive contribution. Our business has grown with this talented workforce. Today, we're the largest employer of blind and visually impaired individuals in New York City metro area.

 

We offer employment opportunities in manufacturing, bulk/direct mail services, warehouse fulfillment, shipping and administration. For those with no experience, NYCIB can assist with job skills training to help individuals find new opportunities and realize greater independence.
